Previously, I covered an article listing a number of Singaporean pro gamers. But that isn’t enough. Let’s take things one step further and take a look of past esports Champions of Singapore. These guys and girls need more recognition for the efforts and time put into their craft.
1. BF.Nut
BF.Nut rebranded in 2015 to No Use Talking (NUT). But back in 2012, BF.Nut took part and placed first in the Gigabyte Battlefield 3 Cup Asia. Fighting against 16 top teams from 7 countries around the world, BF.Nut fought hard and took home the title of champion. Swee la.

2. Wilson ‘Tetra’ Chia
Tetra is a name that goes back in Singaporean pro gamer history. Tetra used to play Dead or Alive but swapped over to Virtua Fighter 5 and Street Fighter 4. Along the way, Tetra has picked up multiple championship titles;

Tetra damn power sia! He is currently retired from the pro gaming scene, working in a local Games Developing company, Mikoishi as a Games Designer.
3. Aaron Koh
I mentioned Aaron Koh before and so it makes sense that his name makes this list again. Aaron has placed first multiple times across different tournaments. In 2014 and 2015, Aaron was the champion of the GosuCup SEA 2014 #5 and 2015 #8 respectively. Later on in 2015 Aaron once again placed first in the Southeast Asia Legends Series – Season 17. Aaron is currently playing for Manasurge. Must watch out for this guy, sure up and coming one.
4. Zeus
Zeus took the top spot in a Jubeat competition held in Japan back in 2011. Beating other strong contestants from all over Asia, Zeus showed that he had the reflexes to compete with the rest. You can watch Zeus in the video below.
5. Amraan & Joseph ‘Zarate’ Yeo
Both Amraan and Joseph ‘Zarate’ Yeo are a part of Team Flash’s Singapore FIFA team. Just this year, the team emerged as Asia’s champion at the finals of the EA Champions Cup (EACC) after beating Thailand in the grand finals. Recently renewing their contracts, Amraan and Zarate look to take their FIFA skills to further areas. Good job la.
6. Kun Xian Ho
Xian has been well known for his forays into the arena of fighting games. Taking first place in Evolution Championship Series 2013 was the first step of his road as a pro gamer. In 2017, Xian once again placed first in Final Round 20 as well as FTG Extreme Masters 5. Xian still actively participates in tournaments around the world.

7. Daryl Koh ‘iceiceice’ Pei Xiang
iceiceice has won multiple championships in DOTA 2 over the years. Usually playing in the offlane position, the man is a trolly legend.
