This is awesome news for Far Cry fans. Far Cry 3 classic edition will be available from today in early access to all Far Cry 5 Season Pass owners playing on PlayStation®4 and Xbox One. Now if you are not a Season Pass owner but would like to play Far Cry 3, fret not. From 26th June, you can buy the game as a standalone on PlayStation 4 and Xbox One. PC players who have the season pass or Far Cry 5 Gold Edition will receive the full version of Far Cry 3. Power right?
For those who have never played Far Cry 3, now is a good time as any to try it out. If you think Joseph Seed is chialat, wait till you meet Vaas. This fella is more CB and brutal. Vaas makes Joseph Seed look like an altar boy lah, I kid you not. Your character is Jason Brody and you have to explore Rook Island to find and save your friends who are held captive by Vaas.
Far Cry 3 Classic Edition will include the Monkey Business Pack where you will meet Hurk and bomb carrying monkey in 4 exciting missions. The Lost Expeditions where you will discover the secrets of the island’s lost World War 2 ruins in 2 action missions. The Warrior pack where you have a pretty cool looking dagger and tattoo. lastly, the Predator Pack where you hunt 4 ferocious animals with the M-700 Predator rifle. Do take note that there is no multiplayer mode in this game.
