Dota 2 patch 7.20 has just been introduced to the game. Coming off from the Kuala Lumpur Major, the patch introduces some big changes to the game. Confirm plus chop like new game already.
Here are some of the more note worthy changes;
Map Change
- The map has been reworked with new paths
Deny Mechanics
- Denies no longer give the denier 25% XP
- Creep denies now give the denier 20% of the gold bounty
Teleporting
- Added new dedicated inventory slot to hold Town Portal Scrolls
- Boots of Travel no longer shares cooldown with Town Portal Scrolls. Upon teleporting +10 seconds now added to Town Portal Scroll cooldown
There are a lot more base game mechanic changes such as armour calculation, mana and hp regeneration, hero kill bounty xp changes.

In addition, there are also item and hero reworks, with new items being added to the game alongside multiple items and heroes being reworked.
Heroes such as Anti-Mage, Bane, Bounty Hunter, BeastMaster and more have had their skills changed in some way.
