Labyrinthine is a survival horror game with puzzles. Developed by Valko Game Studios. You got to go through mazes either by yourself or with a friend( or 8 players). If you are claustrophobic or hate mazes. Good luck to you on this. If you like horror games like Outlast or Amnesia, then Labyrinthine is a game for you.
The last time I played a horror co-op game was Phasmophobia. So yes it was nice to play another game like this. The important thing about playing co-op games like Labyrinthine, is you really need to have comms. If no one is talking to each other, it is quite difficult to solve the puzzles and run away from shit that are trying to kill you. So if the players you joined aren’t communicating, I suggest you change to another lobby. If not best to play the game through Discord for comms.
One of the things, I do not like about Labyrinthine’s controls is that you have to hold the L3 button to run. This is highly annoying and damaging to my controller. Cos whenever I freak out, I press the L3 button really hard and I can feel my controller crying.
The game is scary fun and it’s really good playing with friends. The deeper you are in the maze. the harder the puzzles get. So you and your friends have to be calm and find the clues to solve the puzzles. Unfortunately, I am not calm when it comes to horror games and do not have friends either.
