The #PlayPokémon Trading Card Game and Video Game Tournament from the official Pokémon Championship series will be making its first appearance ever at SGCC this year. Featuring the standard format Pokémon Trading Card Game and Pokémon Ultra Sun & Ultra Moon on Nintendo 3DS. The best deal I would suggest is the 2 day Adult pre show price which are SGD35. That’s really bang for bucks lah cos at the door it will be SGD50. And if you are going to go with a bunch of your friends, the best would be the 1 day 5 geek squad which is at SGD89 for five adults but for one day only.

Among the star-studded line up of illustrators and toy designers will be, Mark Simpson aka Jock who is famous for his artwork in graphic novel titles, such as 2000 AD, The Losers, Wolverine and the award-winning Batman: The Black Mirror series. There will also be a special meet and greet session with American comic book artist and penciller Greg Capullo who is a legend in the world of comics. Known for his work on Quasar, X-Force, Angela, Spawn and Batman and before that he was illustrating for the iconic Batman series and provided art for Blizzard Entertainment’s World of Warcraft and contributed lead character designs for the award-winning HBO
animated SPAWN series. Tara McPherson who is known for creating art pieces that explore the realms of otherworldly characters which are born from complexities of the human psyche. She has collaborated with brands like kidrobot, ToyQube and most recently Tomenosuke. Last year, she won a Designer Toy Award in the category Best Licensed Toy for her Wonder Woman Art Figure.
And for gamers, there is the GGXP (Good Game Experience). There is esports action by Singtel. Gamers can check out professional gaming influencers and celebrities, experience exclusive industry showcases such as AR and VR in gaming. You can also check out the finals of the PVP Community Leagues which feature games such as Mobile Legends: Bang Bang and DOTA 2 and many others.
