Ho seh liao. Fortnite jetpacks are finally here with the 4.2 Fortnite update. The item is so epic that Epic Games (pun intended) created an entirely new gear type called “backpacks” for it.
Backpacks will take up an inventory slot, just like other weapons and items. So need to ration your item space liao. If you want to pick up a jetpack, they can be found in the standard treasure chests scattered about the island.
Don’t try picking up multiple jetpacks too. You can only carry one at a time. Don’t too greedy la. One enough liao.
To fly, you use the jetpack mid-jump. However, flying is only available for a limited period of time before you have to stop and recharge it. So be sure to use its fuel efficiently. Don’t forget that fall damage still applies. So be careful. You crash land means you confirm mati one. Don’t be an inexperienced jetpack user.
