Star Trek: Bridge Crew – The Next Generation which is developed by Red Storm Entertainment( Ubisoft studio) allows you to explore the Star Trek universe on board the Galaxy Class starship U.S.S. Enterprise NCC-1701-D(Star Trek Next Generation). You get to fight against the mighty Romulans and Mr “Resistance is futile” himself, Borg.
While you are on Enterprise D, you will be introduced to a new command rule called Operations. As the Operations officer, you need to strategize and assign NPC crews. When you allocate these crew, you will have a chance to modify the ship’s capabilities. You can also activate features like Shield Modulation, Precision Targeting and additional abilities to combat cloaked ships.
The expansion also has two new modes to Ongoing Voyages, Patrol and Resistance. For the Patrol mode, you can openly travel through space while experiencing unpredictable battles and objectives which pretty much means you can just go around and just whack only. For the Resistance mode, you need to complete quite a lot of challenging objectives to prepare for a final showdown against a Borg cube.
