At E3 last month, Electronic Arts showed an abridged version of Anthem. However the full demo was shown behind closed doors. Suay ah, most of us don’t get to see this exciting stuff. Finally, EA has revealed what the full demo looks like with 20 minutes of Anthem gameplay.
EA has uploaded a video that showcases 20 glorious minutes of Anthem‘s gameplay demonstration. Quite epic sia. You can watch four Freelancers complete one mission. The way they move, fight and work together makes the game look interesting to try out. Macam like Iron Man like that with personal power armour.
Unfortunately the video doesn’t reveal how the action will tie into the story of the game. According to BioWare, the co-op missions and the narrative will be largely separate, offering two different experiences that work to form a feedback loop.
BioWare’s general manager Casey Hudson told the Verge at E3:
It’s kind of a loop that you’re in, where every time you come back to base, you take your suit off and you walk around town, you see all of your favorite people and move the storyline along, And then you suit up, jump off the cliff, and go have an adventure. That loop is integral to the game. It bonds those things together.
Anthem is slated to be released on February 22 for PC, Xbox One and PlayStation 4.
