Legends of Runeterra will officially launch worldwide on PC and mobile on May 1, 2020, with a new set of 120+ cards, including a new region. Card and champion reveals will begin soon and continue through launch, and the new set will be playable from April 29, 2020 on PC. At launch, Legends of Runeterra will feature 7 regions, 35 champions, and more than 400 cards.

On 11th March this year, Singapore was the very first country in the world to release Legends of Runeterra on mobile. The game topped the App Store and Google Play Store free game charts within the first few days of its release. In late March, Riot Games also hosted the first online Legends of Runeterra tournament in Singapore, which saw 32 participants showcasing their skills and strategies through the decks that they have built.
The game is available to download for free from http://www.playruneterra.com/, as well as on the Google Play Store and App Store. New players are encouraged to create a new Riot Games Southeast account to enable cross-platform play, and to gain access to full player and billing support.
As a launch exclusive, players who log into Legends of Runeterra before 3pm SGT (GMT +8) on May 8, 2020 will receive a Moonstruck Poro Guardian to accompany them on their adventures. New players will also receive XP Boosts to accelerate their progress in the game.

Choose which region you explore first and unlock the cards that call to you, changing regions as often as you like. Once a week, you’ll also unlock chests from the Vault. These chests level up the more you play, increasing the rarity of cards inside from common all the way up to champion.
