The first Iron Banner event of season three in Destiny 2 begins on 22nd May, 10.00 a.m PT (23rd May, 1.00 a.m SGT). Bungie tweeted a teaser for the event. hinting at the arrival of the Bannerfall map. Destiny players can start to get hyped sia.
Bungie tweet:
Raise your banners
Next week, Iron Banner 6v6 goes lives at 10 AM Pacific on May 22.
Bungie’s tweet came with a screenshot of Bannerfall. A Crucible map from Destiny.
Bannerfall was originally a part of the Taken King expansion. The map was a mix of smooth metal, lightly coloured concrete and tiny gardens. Players had to navigate narrow buildings or fight it out in wide courtyards. This version of Bannerfall reflects the war with the Red Legion that occurred in the Destiny 2 campaign. Steady sia Bungie, got follow in-game lore also.
This new map releases with the Iron Banner event, a monthly PvP brawl. Unlike previous Iron Banners in Destiny 2, this week’s event will offer six versus six game-play with the Control game mode. Sounds like its time to jio your fellow Guardians to battle.
