The Shadowverse World Grand Prix 2018 was held in Japan from 15 to 16 December 2018. A total of 24 players from around the world came together to showdown for the grand prize of S$1,368,840. Singaporean player Chaldea, was one of the 24 players who qualified to participate in the Shadowverse World Grand Prix 2018.
Qualifying off being the champion at the SEAO Shadowverse Open: 2018 Contenders Cup, Chaldea is known for displaying impressive skills through dynamic play, easily grabbing and holding the attention of spectators. During the SEAO Shadowverse Open: 2018 Contenders Cup, Chaldea rocked three decks, bringing a Swordcraft, Bloodcraft and Dragoncraft deck to battle.
During the Shadowverse World Grand Prix 2018, Chaldea had managed to defeat feg/YL, the eventual winner of the Shadowverse World Grand Prix 2018. Chaldea eventually finished 13th, narrowly missing the cut off for the top 8. Congratulations to Chaldea for making it to the Shadowverse World Grand Prix 2018 and coming in 13th. Huat ah!
