ONE Esports Dota 2 Singapore Major Presented by PGL, which will be scheduled from 27 March to 4 April. In partnership with PGL and the Singapore Tourism Board (STB), the Dota 2 Singapore Major is the first major in the Dota Pro Circuit 2021 (https://www.dota2.com/procircuit), and the first ever to be broadcast in 4K 60 fps.

The tournament invites the Top 18 teams from Dota Pro Circuit Winter ‘21 League. The distribution of the 18 participating teams will be as follows:
- EU: Top 4
- China: Top 4
- SEA: Top 3
- CIS: Top 3
- NA: Top 2
- SA: Top 2
