Overwatch‘s latest patch just went live. With it comes a few changes that would please any Overwatch player. Not only are the balances to the heroes available, Symmetra got a rework too. Not to mention, there is also the addition of social features to the game.
Endorsement System
If you play Dota, the Endorsement system is like the commendation system. It provides players with a way to acknowledge other players for having a positive impact on their gaming experience. You can endorse teammates who coordinated well, a good shot-caller or for being positive. Players with high endorsements will also receive periodic rewards. It’s time to be a nice guy ah. Like a normal human being.
Looking for Group
Now this is something that Overwatch players have been waiting for. No more five man healer teams. Looking for group allows players to find like-minded players before queuing. Players can specify what game mode they want to play, preferring voice chat and knowing that another player wants to play a certain role before going into battle. This leads to more solid hero compositions and team work. Hopefully ah.
