Overwatch Anniversary 2018 event is less than a week away. That means new emotes, new sprays and best of all, new skins. Swee, time to make my heroes look even more dope. To guide the hype train along, Blizzard has begun counting down the days with skin reveals. Blizzard wrote on its Twitter account, “Join us in the celebration as we count down with two new skin reveals.”
Venom Solider: 76
Solider: 76 is the first Overwatch hero to get an Anniversary skin. The epic-ranked skin is called Venom Soldier: 76. Venom Soldier: 76 looks like a recolouring of his original skin but it does give him a pretty spiffy snake face mask and a redesigned jacket icon. At the back of Venom Solider: 76’s jacket is a deadly looking cobra. Got the Hydra vibes sia.
Given that the Venom Soldier: 76 skin is epic-ranked, it should cost about 250 in-game credits to purchase rather than relying on random loot crate chances.
Lightning Tracer
Tracer is the second Overwatch hero to get an Anniversary skin. The epic ranked skin is called Lightning Tracer. Tracer is decked out in yellow, from her hair to her clothes. Her clothes not only sport a lightning motif but has the words ‘lightning’ written on her left leg as well. A clear shout out to the quick movement play-style of the hero. A little bit too obiang for my tastes.
Can’t wait for the rest of the skins to be dropped. And lagi better for the skins to be out in-game. Time to chiong and gather loot boxes.
