We talked about the Yakuza series getting remastered earlier. Now, Sega has released a Yakuza 3 remastered debut trailer as well as screenshots for the PlayStation 4 remaster of Yakuza 3. The screenshots all look quite swee sia.
Yakuza 3‘s setting is in Kamurocho as well as on the Ryukyu Islands of Okinawa. The main characters are Kazuma Kiryu and Haruka Sawamura, who have moved to Okinawa to run an orphanage called Aasagao by the beach.
Yakuza 3 will run at 1080p resolution and 60 frames per second. Say goodbye to outdated PlayStation 3 graphic settings. Now can enjoy fighting people as a yakuza in HD glory. Huat ah.
The game will launch for PlayStation 4 on August 9 in Japan. Sega has also launched an official website for Yakuza 3 if you wish to check it out.
