Call of Duty: Black Ops 4 releasing this year is fantastic news indeed, according to a post from Eurogamer. Now the Black Ops series had some really good storylines especially the first 2 games. So I am definitely looking forward to this.
Now after reading from the post, it says that Treyarch which is a subsidiary of Activision will be working on Call of Duty: Black Ops 4 and the release date could be later this year. I sincerely hope Treyarch would not be doing a Sci Fi kind of Black Ops. The Black Ops series has always been like using modern weapons and all so going Sci Fi all of a sudden would be kind of ridiculous. We all know by now how chialat Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare was. And I don’t want to be reminded of it again. At least Activision was smart and learned their lesson and went back to the genre that Call of Duty was good at. World War 2, you can never go wrong with the classics lah.
Now I’m pretty sure Black Ops 4 will be releasing on platforms such as PC, PlayStation 4 and Xbox One cause the previous games have been released through here. However for Switch, it has yet to be confirmed. Now the last Call of Duty game to be on a Nintendo was Call of Duty: Ghosts and Black Ops 2. I guess we just have to wait and see if it will be released on Switch.
Usually new Call of Duty games come out around early November. Hopefully Black Ops 4 will be released early November this year as well. I will keep you guys posted if there are any new updates or information out.
