In a tweet from the official Kingdom Hearts Twitter account, director Tetsuya Nomura has confirmed that “We’ve wrapped up development on Kingdom Hearts III”. It looks like Kingdom Hearts III development is completed. Shiok la, can’t wait to play the game already sia.
The Japanese version of the tweet more clearly says, “Actually, development work has already finished”.

Kingdom Hearts III is coming out on PlayStation 4 and Xbox One on January 25, 2019 in Japan and Asia. For North America and Europe, sadly you guys will have to wait until January 29. Try to avoid all the spoilers hor.
