Players from Resurgence, a professional esports team based in Singapore, will be representing Singapore and Malaysia in the upcoming Asian Games. Nice job la!
The 18th Asian Games will be held from August to September and for the first time in Asian Games history, will feature esports as a demonstration sport. A total of six games have been confirmed to be a part of the Asian Games; League of Legends, Pro Evolution Soccer 2018, Arena of Valor, Starcraft II, Hearthstone and Clash Royale. In the 2022 Games, esports will be a medal event. Things really are changing in the world sia.
