Destiny 2: Curse of Osiris (update)

Steady lah, all you Destiny fans can celebrate liao. Destiny 2’s first expansion called the Curse of Osiris is out.

It starts up with Mercury as a patrol zone and includes some new strikes and missions to the game. There are some major changes and this is the first of two big patches. The second one will be launching on December 12th.

Curse of Osiris also has a short story mode where you, the Guardian have to go and save this fella called Osiris (yup you guessed it) from the bad guys. He was supposed to be a key character in Destiny 1 but when they did a reboot, Osiris kenna cut. Hahaha poor guy. You probably might have heard of Osiris here and there but it is until now you get to see the fella. So, Yay!

So far the story mode is short, fun but a little too repetitive which tends to be sian at times. The final fight however is quite power. The final boss, I have got to say is quite the “Yan Tao” among all the enemies I’ve seen in Destiny and trust me there are some really weird looking fellas.

You also have to run through the Infinite Forest quite a lot. Which means you have to go through the same platforms, the same doors, fight the same enemies as you go along. Then suddenly one door will turn red and you have to kill this fella called Daemon (not Doraemon ah) for you to open the door. If you don’t kill this fella, then you gonna continue running like as though you are taking IPPT forever.

The other missions are much better and old school Destiny fans will love Ikora who has changed a lot from the beginning.

So check out the Curse of Osiris update. It’s fun, short, a little repetitive and the music is damn shiok. Enjoy.
