SNK Asia has just announced that they’ll be publishing a new iteration of their classic fighting game franchise, Samurai Shodown for the PS4, in 2019.
Judging from the teaser they put out, we get to see familiar faces like Haohmaru, Jubei, Nakoruru, Galford, etc.
At first glance, I’m really digging the art-style presentation. It has that sumi-e feel that I’m such a sucker for.
Other than the teaser trailer, there’s not much information from SNK’s website, but I’m guessing they’ll be filling it up as more information becomes available. In the meantime, people heading to the Tokyo Game Show would be able to catch a glimpse of Samurai Shodown.
