goGame and Walt Disney Company Southeast Asia showed us a first look at Disney Epic Quest’s gameplay and it was pretty awesome. So what’s Disney Epic Quest you might ask? Well, it’s an original mobile game which has Disney and Pixar characters all into one fun filled game for all ages. The free-to-play game will be available on both Android and iOS devices and will launch in 2019.
By the way Disney Epic Quest is developed and published by goGame whose headquarters is based in Singapore.

Here are some of Disney Epic Quest’s key features:
- There are many Disney and Pixar character from different franchises. From characters of Big Hero 6, Pirates of the Caribbean, The Incredibles, Wreck-It-Ralph to Mickey Mouse & Friends. Disney Epic Quest will also have the original costumes for Mickey, Donald and Goofy, which were created exclusively for the game.
- Casual players (like myself) will definitely enjoy the hack-and-slash method. For those who really like any specific Disney or Pixar character, they have been designed to be just like their personalities from the movies. Character designs will have combos of character classes, levels, gears, and skills. You can even customize your squad of characters.
- You can also join multiplayer co-op battles in at least two different game modes. You can also invite your friends to play together which is more fun. Or if you use the match making system to meet new friends for real time play. There are also future plans to add PvP mode as well.
I do hope Marvel characters will be included but Mr Dan Dossa said that Disney hasn’t made any decision to include them for now but if the game does well, who knows eh. We were lucky enough to try out the game at GameStart 2018 and I have to say it is really a fun game to play and I am definitely looking forward to playing this game when it launches next year in Southeast Asia. Best part is, the game will also be available in English, Bahasa Indonesia, Simplified Chinese, Thai and Vietnamese. Sweet!
